About Theresa
I'm Theresa Bundgaard — a certified positive psychology coach, author, former teacher, and a woman who has done her own work of clearing. I know what it feels like to carry more than you should. And I know what it feels like when things get quiet enough that you can finally hear yourself again.
My book Optimizing Happiness grew out of my own search for what truly makes us well — not temporarily pleased, but genuinely, quietly content. It became the foundation for everything I now offer women who are ready for something real.
